SHIPPING POLICY
At RumiStore, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Below are the details regarding our shipping processes and expectations.
1. Shipping Methods
Orders will be shipped via various carriers depending on the region and size of the product.
2. Global Shipping Service
We ship to various regions and countries around the globe.
To check if we ship to your country, simply enter your address at checkout.
3. Customs and Import Fees
Once the goods are shipped, RumiStore is not responsible for any customs fees or additional charges that may apply upon arrival in your country. By purchasing from us, you agree that one or more packages may be subject to customs fees.
4. Processing and Shipping Time
Standard items will be processed within 2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Orders containing customized/made-to-order items will be processed within 2 business days. Please review the ‘additional info’ section under product description for shipment estimates.
Pre-order items typically are made to order and therefore take longer to ship. Please review each product for estimates.
5. PO Boxes and Freight Forwarders
We do not recommend using PO Box addresses for delivery. If a PO Box is used, and the delivery fails or the items are lost, we will not be able to provide compensation or replacements.
Additionally, we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. If an order is shipped to such an address and delivery fails, we are not responsible for the lost package.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us at info@rumi-store.com.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If the package is rejected or returned due to an incorrect address, you will be required to cover the cost of reshipping.
8. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
Customs processes
Natural disasters or weather conditions
Transport strikes or delays
9. Lost Packages
In the event that your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in contacting the carrier, but the responsibility lies with the shipping service. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
