What should I expect as free gifts that come along with my order?

Our free gifts are randomly chosen—usually something fun or quirky we’ve picked out! But if you have a specific preference among the LADS love interests, leave a note at checkout, and we’ll try our best to accommodate:)

Do you provide plushie grooming services before shippipng?

By default, we DO NOT provide styling services, as many some of our lovely customers enjoy personalizing their plushies (like styling the hair or adding blush). However, if you’d like us to handle this for you, please leave a note when ordering. Please note that 1) some minor adjustments may still be needed after receiving your plushies since they might be compressed during transportation and 2) styling requests may add a few extra days to the processing time.

Can my order be featured in (or excluded from) your packing videos videos on IG/Tiktok?

Sometimes we share Reels and short videos on Instagram (@rumisweetdreams) and TikTok (@shoprumistore) showing how we pack orders, to give you a live demonstration of our products.

We always wait until after the orders have been delivered before posting these videos – we wouldn’t want to spoil the surprise of unboxing.

The orders we film are chosen at random. If you’d like your order to be featured (or prefer it not to be), just leave us a comment!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, credit card payments, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How long does shipping take?

All in-stock standard items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving the order. Customized products typically ship within 7-20 business days. Please check the ‘Additional Info’ section in the product description for details.

We use various logistics providers depending on your region and the items ordered. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Please note: Some items are sourced internationally (e.g., from China), and customs clearance may cause delays. Once shipped, Rumi will monitor your package closely. If issues arise, we’ll contact you via email – please ensure your email address is correct and active.

While we process orders as quickly as possible, shipping timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control (customs clearance, carrier delays, etc.).

What if I wish to cancel or modify my order?

Please note that customized items cannot be cancelled or modified once the order is confirmed. For standard products, please email us at [email protected] immediately. We can assist with cancellation or modification if the order hasn’t been shipped.

What if I want to make a purchase as a gift for a friend?

We are more than happy to provide personalized items that make perfect gifts.If you are ordering an item as a gift, simply leave a note to us <3
